Advanced PlacementAP World History is a rigorous course for history lovers and
diligent students up to the challenge of taking a college level course. The
main difference between a High School class and a College course is the flipped
time commitment. A High School class is
usually completed 80% in class and 20% as homework. A college course is more
likely to be completed 80% independently, outside of class, and 20% in class. Every night you will be assigned lengthy
readings with notes; video or online work. You should always be prepared for
pop quizzes and unannounced in class writing assignments.
